Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Treasure Fjord ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

2. Description of Services

Treasure Fjord provides corporate team building services including:

• Team challenge activities in adventure parks
• Leadership development programs
• Corporate retreat facilitation
• Adventure-based learning experiences
• Consultation and program customization services

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed through our official booking process. Tentative bookings are subject to availability and require deposit payment for confirmation.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking
• Full payment is due 14 days before the program date
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST

3.3 Group Size Requirements

Minimum group size is 8 participants. Maximum capacity varies by program and venue. We reserve the right to adjust programs based on actual attendance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• 30+ days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Weather Cancellations

Programs cancelled due to severe weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional cost or receive full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, or facility closures.

5. Participant Requirements and Safety

5.1 Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to participate in adventure activities. Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.

5.2 Age Restrictions

Most programs require participants to be at least 16 years old. Specific age requirements vary by activity and will be communicated during booking.

5.3 Safety Briefings

All participants must attend mandatory safety briefings and follow instructor guidelines throughout the program.

5.4 Equipment and Clothing

Participants must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Safety equipment will be provided and must be used as directed.

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

6.1 Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or emotional distress.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Insurance

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance. Participants are encouraged to maintain their own personal insurance coverage.

6.4 Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign liability waivers before participating in any activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and program designs are proprietary to Treasure Fjord and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Photography and Media Release

We may photograph or video record programs for promotional purposes. Participants consent to the use of their likeness unless they specifically opt out in writing.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Not consume alcohol or drugs before or during activities

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate our code of conduct without refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through Singapore courts or arbitration as mutually agreed.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
